  • Providing menu recommendations and answering customer questions about the food and beverages.
  • Checking on customers throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction.
  • Delivering food and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
  • Handling customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy.

  • Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
